Willy C. Wise received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He began his career at the firm of KSPH, LLC, as a Benefits Specialist. After several successful years, Mr. Wise joined the benefits division of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

His extensive benefits background acquired over many years at two divergent firms prompted him to open his own benefits organization…Wise Benefits Inc.

Wise Benefits Inc. is located in the Innsbrook Corporate Center and has enjoyed many prior clients continuing their relationship with the new corporation. Mr. Wise’s other business background includes 22 years as a Richmond area business owner of a cemetery operation and a manufacturing facility.

His experience as a local business owner lends a higher maturity level and unique perspective when communicating with business owners and managers regarding their employee benefit program.

Wise Benefits’ background working with different sizes and types of business allows them to focus on each company’s specific needs and reflect on the specific challenges that an employer faces designing their benefits program.
